- Our pieces are crafted using hand-engraved metalwork and full-grain leather. Subtle variations in surface, tone, and finish are inherent to the process and are not considered defects.
Exchanges
- Wherever possible, Wherever possible, cases are resolved through exchange or repair to ensure the piece meets our standards.
- Exchanges are subject to availability and will be processed after the original item is received and approved.
Return Shipping & Duties
- Customers are responsible for return shipping arrangements and any applicable duties or import charges associated with the return.
Resolution
- Approved cases are resolved through repair, exchange, or refund, depending on the nature of the issue.
- Where a refund is issued, it will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and approved.
