Cancellation Policy
At Naksha Outpost, each piece is produced in limited quantities and involves hand-finished metalwork and leather craftsmanship. Orders are processed immediately after confirmation to prepare materials, production scheduling, and dispatch.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not already entered dispatch processing.
Once an order has entered production, packaging, or dispatch processing, it can no longer be cancelled.
Made-to-Order and Limited Pieces
Certain pieces may be produced in limited runs or prepared individually after purchase. Such orders are considered final sale and are not eligible for cancellation once confirmed.
International Orders
For international orders, cancellation requests made after dispatch cannot be accepted. Refusal to accept delivery after shipment will not qualify as a cancellation.
Refund Timeline
If a cancellation request is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider and banking institution.
