Service & Repair

At Naksha Outpost, we believe in longevity in keeping objects alive through wear, time, and memory. Every piece we make is crafted to endure, but life leaves its marks, and we welcome that. We offer lifetime complimentary repairs on all Naksha Outpost pieces, wherever you are. It’s part of our commitment to responsible craftsmanship.

Our repair service covers minor issues from regular use, including:
+ Stitching that’s come undone
+Detached rivets or metal fittings
+Minor structural damage

Please note: Hardware repairs are not possible. Our brass fittings are artisanal made and fixed permanently into the leather and cannot be removed or replaced without damaging the piece.

We do not cover:
+Damage from misuse or accidents
+Water or chemical exposure
+Leather tears, burns, or heavy wear
+Third-party alterations

Even in such cases, we may still be able to help, just write to us, and we’ll advise.

To request a repair, email info@nakshaoutpost.com with photos and a brief description. We’ll respond within 3–5 business days. If approved, you’ll ship the item to us (at your cost), and we’ll repair and return it to you (on us). Repairs typically take 2–4 weeks.

Repairs are treated with the same care as our production, done slowly, in small batches, by hands that know the material. Each piece returns not as new, but as whole again.
