---Where do you ship?
- We ship to most countries worldwide.
- For Indian deliveries, we use courier partners such as Blue Dart, Delhivery, IndiaPost, and DTDC.
- For international deliveries, we primarily use IndiaPost.
What are the shipping timelines?
We operate on a made-to-order basis to minimize waste and overproduction. Fabrics and materials are stocked in-house, allowing us to craft your piece if it is not already available.
- For domestic (India) orders:
Orders will typically be shipped within **7–10 business days** of order confirmation. If additional time is required, we will notify you promptly. - For international orders:
Orders will generally be shipped within **14 business days** of order confirmation.
Delivery timelines (excluding customs delays):
- Domestic: **3–5 business days** from dispatch.
- International: **5–10 business days** from dispatch.
You will receive an order confirmation email with an estimated shipment date after placing your order.
Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be shared via email for you to monitor delivery status.
