Brass develops a natural patina over time - this subtle transformation is not a flaw, but a marker of authenticity and age, which adds to the beauty of the material.
Leather, too, will soften and mark gently with wear, deepening the character of your piece. Clean with a soft damp cloth and avoid solvents or alcohol-based products.
